Our team is passionate about creating organic meals with the critical nutrients your body needs, ample protein, and – most importantly – robust flavor.
The best part is, each week you’ll receive something new – our meal plan menu changes depending on what is in season and what looks fresh at local farmers’ markets to ensure absolute freshness. Once our meal delivery service drops these meals off at your home, all you have to do is pop them in the oven or microwave (our containers are not suitable for the oven, but are microwaveable). All of these meals are 100% plant-based – perfect for those who are on-the-go but still want to eat healthily!
Depending on how many meals you would like per day, you can choose from three meal quantity options to be delivered to you each week (plus breakfast add-ons ):
- 5 Meals (1 meal per day): Either 5 salad style cold meals or 5 reheatable entree style meals.
- 10 Meals (2 meals per day): Either all salad style cold meals, all reheatable entree style meals, or 5 salad style cold meals and 5 reheatable entree style meals.
- 15 Meals (3 meals per day): Either all salad style cold meals, all reheatable entree style meals, 5 salad style cold meals and 10 hot meals, or 10 salad style cold meals and 5 reheatable entree style meals.
Examples of our Plant Based Salad Style Cold Meals:
- Roasted Garlic & Mushroom Stuffed Bell Pepper and Quinoa
- Power Bowl with Roasted Butternut Squash, Charred Carrots, Quinoa, Red Bell Pepper, Kale, EVOO & Balsamic Vin
- Yellow Curry Cauliflower, Soy Beans, Cherry Tomato
Examples of our Plant Based Reheatable Entree Style Meals:
- Cauliflower Curry with Almond Butter Green Curry, Basmati Rice, Roasted Root Vegetables
- “Chick’n” Ratatouille with Gardein’s Chicken Substitute, Grilled Zucchini and Tomatoes, Basil Marinara Sauce
- Kung Pao “Beef” with Vegan Beef Substitute, Steamed Broccoli, Snap Peas, Brown Rice
- “Meat” Loaf with 3-Grain Tomato & Basil Meat Substitute, Rainbow Carrots, Peas and Mashed Potatoes
- Soyrizo Tacos with Sauteed Peppers and Onions, Black Beans and Corn, Tomato Chutney
