Always on the go, but trying to eat healthy? Say hello to our Classic Meal Plan! This essential meal plan offers everything you need to stay on track and eat well throughout the week. Featuring fresh, seasonal produce and lean protein-packed meats, this meal plan is a great way to ensure a healthy week!

Enjoy freshly prepared salad style cold meals or reheatable entree style meals for lunch and dinner delivered right to your home or office like Wild Alaskan Salmon paired with quinoa and sweet pepper and corn succotash, or our Power Bowl: roasted butternut squash, charred carrots, quinoa, red bell peppers, kale, and topped with olive oil and balsamic vinegar!

We offer new meals every week. Our menus change depending on which fruits and vegetables are in season at local farmers’ markets to ensure absolute freshness. Depending on how many meals you would like per day, you can choose from three meal quantity options to be delivered to you each week (plus breakfast add-ons):

  • 5 Meals (1 meal per day): Either 5 salad style cold meals or 5 reheatable entree style meals.
  • 10 Meals (2 meals per day): Either all salad style cold meals, all reheatable entree style meals, or 5 salad style cold meals and 5 reheatable entree style meals.
  • 15 Meals (3 meals per day): Either all salad style cold meals, all reheatable entree style meals, 5 salad style cold meals and 10 hot meals, or 10 salad style cold meals and 5 reheatable entree style meals.

Examples of our Classic Salad Style Cold Meals:

  • Roasted Garlic & Mushroom Stuffed Bell Pepper and Quinoa
  • Ground Turkey, Roasted Roma Tomato, Roasted Garlic, Green Beans
  • Power Bowl with Roasted Butternut Squash, Charred Carrots, Quinoa, Red Bell Pepper, Kale, EVOO & Balsamic Vin
  • Yellow Curry Cauliflower, Soy Beans, Cherry Tomato
  • Grilled Chicken Salad, Rainbow Kale, Cucumber, Pepitas, Cherry Tomato

Examples of our Classic Reheatable Entree Style Meals:

  • Wild Alaskan Salmon, Quinoa, Sweet Pepper & Corn Succotash
  • Garlic & Tarragon Turkey Meatballs, Button Squash, Marinara
  • Barbacoa, Brown Rice, Cilantro & Lime Greek Yogurt

Subscription Delivery Schedule:

Delivered weekly on Sundays 5pm-9pm. Plant-Based Meal subscriptions are prepared and delivered on Mondays. Any subscription orders with a Plant-Based meal plan will be scheduled together for Monday delivery.

One Time Delivery Schedule:

Orders placed before 8pm on Friday will be delivered on Sundays 5pm-9pm. Monday delivery available upon request.

Pickup Schedules:

Save on shipping when you select Pickup at checkout and choose the Pickup Location closest to you. Arrive at the location during the listed time range on Sunday evening. Click here to learn more about Pickup Locations and Schedules.
